日本各地の単身者向けのビジネスホテルの部屋を撮影したものである。
その場所は「滞在」という目的が固定され、過ごす時間が制限されているため、意識的に見られるということは少ない。
私は、一定のフォーマットにより、部屋を写真に置き換え、普段認識されない様相を顕わにした。部屋は足早に通り過ぎる場所であるが、それぞれの気づかれずに持ち続けている光や表層があり、それらを再配置することで、通常、部屋を目にすることと異なる経験をさせようとした。

Business hotel rooms are designed with a specific purpose in mind, a place for weary business people to rest during their short term stay, and often do not garner much attention.
I used a constant format large format to reframe and highlight the business hotel rooms, to draw awareness to areas usually overlooked through.
These types of hotel rooms may be just a place where people pass through quickly without much thought to the lights and design. My aim for this piece is to give the viewers an unusual experience by showing them the space through a different perspective by rearranging the lights and elements.
